Attended Enoshima P. S. 4 & was Tsukai Tsuyoshi's senpai. Later attended Enoshima High where he took control of all Enoshima gangs & became leader of the Enoshima Faction of 2nd generation Midnight Angel. He crossed paths with the Oni-baku in junior high in a fight that made the Oni-baku legend. The Oni-baku single-handedly attacked Nakajo's gang & took down all 30 gang members.
He participated in the "Great Shonan War", an internal conflict within Midnight Angel that separated the gang into 3 groups: Masaki's successor, Akutsu Junya; the Inamura Division chief, Kamishima Toshiki; the Enoshima's faction, led by him. The fight lasted a month until the Enoshima Gate incident, in which Kamishima was torched by Akutsu.
He is revealed to be on the move, along with Kamishima during Akutsu's release from prison, appearing to a group of Midnight Angel bikers as an attendant at a Select petrol station. He appears before Tsukai, Saejima & Katsuyuki to inform them that Akutsu, Kamishima & himself are all after Masaki's coat warning that they will still have to take him on after they take out Akutsu.
He informs a surprised Akutsu that the Oni-baku is a duo after Akutsu beats Ryuji. He single-handedly takes down the Midnight Angel bikers as Akutsu rides off, telling him that he is his next target after Akutsu gets the coat. At the end of the Midnight Angel arc, he warns the Oni-baku of the oncoming war between Enoshima & Tsujido.
He calmly appears during the fight between Enoshima & Tsujido over Katsuyuki's missing bike & reveals Makoto's bike to be the bike in question. During the Yokohama Calvary's attack on Shonan, he confronts the two leaders, Mauchi & Nakagaki, after they beat down his Enoshima men. He is able to take down Mauchi easily but is attacked from behind by Nakagaki.
He contacts the Kamakura Massacre Unit & the Idaten gang & arrives as backup for the Oni-baku against the Yokohama Calvary. At the end of the fight, a police officer, Mouri, who is previously connected to him, tells him to stop fighting & grow up or else Eikichi will beat him to it. He hastily replies that he doesn't need to be told such a thing.
Due to Yagyo Atsuki attacking both Enoshima High & Tsujido High students, Nakajo & the Onibaku-Gumi suspect each other of being Yagyo Atsuki’s true identity. He sends Kashiya, a new transfer student at Enoshima, to spy on the Oni-baku. He arrives at Tsujido High to settle the score with Eikichi, but halfway through their fight, they are interrupted by Yagyo Atsuki’s brutal attack on Tsukai, both realising that neither of them are Yagyo Atsuki.
