A student at Tsujido High who transferred from the small town of Iwamisawa in northern Hokkaido. He is a proficient womaniser, much to the Oni-baku's irritation and eventually befriends them after letting them in on his secrets. He comes from a poor family with parents on welfare, so he and his siblings deliver papers to make ends meet. Click For Quick-Spoilers: Although he often interferes with the Oni-baku's schemes to get girls, such as the Valentine's Day parade, the competition to get Kaoru and the Jaharama disco opening night, he remains a loyal ally in times of need, such as the Kamakura Mad Dogs arc, the Fumiya arc and the Okubo arc. His screentime greatly diminishes afterwards.

Previously the second generation leader of Midnight Angel, he was always following the first generation leader, Masaki Kyosuke's footsteps. He was a friend and admirer of Masaki, getting jealous when Masaki's attention was taken by Eikichi. He reappears and attempts to rebuild the Midnight Angel legend, bigger than before. He is the boyfriend of Yasha. Click For Quick-Spoilers: As the second generation leader, he partcipated in the "Great Shonan War", an internal conflict that separated the gang into three. He was imprisoned after torching the leader of the Inamura Division, Kamishima Toshiki.
He returns with many of the Shonan gangs under him, including the Idaten gang. He desires to possess Masaki's coat and takes down several third generation Midnight Angel leaders before discovering it is in the Oni-baku's possession. He goes after the Oni-baku Gumi, while Kamishima seeks revenger with his Kamakura Massacre Unit, resulting in a three way battle. He is beaten by Eikichi and upon finding out about Masaki's death, he finally understands what Masaki had been trying to teach him. |

A second year at Kyokuto High and an underling of Shindoji Fumiya. He has a girlfriend named Natsumi. Click For Quick-Spoilers: He bears a grudge against the Oni-baku after Fumiya's defeat and gets scolded by the third years for ruining Kyokuto High's reputation. He turns to Okubo Mitsuaki for help in taking down the Oni-baku, agreeing to give Okubo his girlfriend for one night, along with 1,000,000Y.
He finds out that he got more than he bargained for when Okubo beats up his friends for trying to run away and when he discovers that Okubo had been using Natsumi repeatedly, using photos of her as blackmail. He realises that he owes Eikichi after he saves Natsumi from committing suicide and rushes to find Ryuji when an injured Eikichi gets ambushed by Okubo. After failing to get Ryuji, he returns to help Eikichi fight against Okubo and to get revenge for Natsumi. He finally acknowledges the Oni-baku for their strength after Okubo gets beaten. After the Okubo arc, he appears to have reconciled with Natsumi. He quits school to get a job and marry Natsumi as she is pregnant with his child. He informs Eikichi of his plans and thanks him for helping Natsumi. He is later seen during the Midnight Angel arc, along with other Kyokuto High students, ambushing a group of Midnight Angel members and blocking Akutsu's backup to help Eikichi, stating that Eikichi is still their man. |
