First met the 1st generation Midnight Angel leader, Masaki Kyosuke, in junior high, who tells him to come to him when he was ready to be a biker. Ever since seeing Masaki's coat, he had been following in his footsteps, dreaming to make his own legend, even riding a similar bike to Masaki. Masaki had often reminded him to ride with his heart & that he would get left behind if he was too slow. During his time in Midnight Angel, he chased Masaki, but never being able to catch up. He begins to get jealous of Masaki's attention towards Eikichi. He later succeeds Masaki to become the 2nd generation leader. During his reign, Nagise Nagisa from Shonan Fujisawa Girls' Institute caught his eye. He kidnapped her & raped her, forcing her to be his girl. He abused her so much that she was too messed up to run away, creating an evil side to Nagisa, known as Yasha. She dyed her hair brown, wore tons of makeup & loves Akutsu completely. He partcipated in the "Great Shonan War", an internal conflict that separated Midnight Angel into 3. The 3 leaders were himself, the Inamura Division chief, Kamishima Toshiki & the Enoshima's faction, Nakajo Kunito. After a month, it ended with the Enoshima Gate incident, in which he clashed with Kamishima, whom he tried to torch. In the end, Masaki came out to end the war. He was imprisoned for causing Kamishima severe burns. In prison, he became a model prisoner. Upon his release, he gets back together with Yasha, who has been recruiting new Midnight Angel members for him. She gives him back his Kawasaki FX-ZII & they plan to resurrect Midnight Angel. He takes control of most of the gangs in Shonan, including the Idaten gang (previously led by Takezawa Akira). He sets out to retrieve Masaki's coat, not realising that it is currently in the Oni-baku's possession. He ambushes several 3rd generation Midnight Angel leaders, including Dobuko Kazuo, questioning the coat's whereabouts. He rides through the city wreaking havoc to show that Midnight Angel is still alive & gets confronted by Ryuji & the Oni-baku Gumi, who has come to save Nagisa. They get interrupted by Kamishima & the Kamakura Massacre Unit, where a battle ensues. He quickly beats Kamishima & rides off as the police arrive. He continues his search for the coat, beating down more 3rd generation leaders, including Yamagishi Akira & Takada. He runs into Saejima & beats him down, taking his address book. He breaks into Ryuji's sister, Yoko's apartment where he retrieves Yasha who is in hiding & uses her to lure Ryuji to Enoshima Gate. At Enoshima Gate, Ryuji & the Oni-baku Gumi are confronted by Kamishima & the Kamakura Massacre Unit, part of Akutsu's trap for the 2 gangs to take each other out first. He waits in the dark with his Midnight Angel & attacks when the others are worn out. He easily takes out Ryuji but is interrupted by Kamishima. He knocks Kamishima to near death & ties him up, dragging him to a nearby cabin. Inside, he douses the cabin in petrol & is interrupted by Ryuji, who was lured in by Yasha. Planning to frame Ryuji for Kamishima's murder, he orders Yasha to take out Ryuji, but is stopped by Nagisa, who begins to overcome Yasha. He charges at Ryuji with a knife & instead stabs Nagisa, who saves Ryuji. He jumps out the window to escape, setting the cabin alight. As he rides through the city with his newly resurrected Midnight Angel, he is confronted by Nakajo, who reminds him that the Oni-baku is a two man duo, with Eikichi still out to get him. Eikichi, wearing Masaki's coat & riding his old bike, arrives to take out Midnight Angel one by one. He clashes with Eikichi, whom he plans to kill. As more Midnight Angel members arrive, Takezawa arrives to stop his old Idaten gang from attacking Eikichi. The rest of his men is stopped by Midoji Manabu & the other old members, who tells Akutsu that he has no one left. He continues to fight Eikichi, remembering back to how Masaki introduced him to riding. Eikichi suddenly mounts his bike & offers to take him to see Masaki, if he can keep up. He pursues Eikichi towards the old Odawara Highway & loses control of his bike at a sharp turn, falling over the ledge. Eikichi reveals that Masaki had gone where no one could ever reach, dying at this very turn 2 years prior. He refuses to believe Masaki's fate & holds an officer hostage as the police arrive. He is attacked from behind by Kamishima & falls over the ledge after getting stabbed. Before he hits the water, he sees visions of Masaki leaving him once more & finally understands what Masaki had meant. He wakes up in hospital & is informed that an unnamed man with “Masaki Kyosuke” written on the back of his coat brought him in & he realises who his saviour really was. He gets arrested & smiles upon hearing Eikichi leading Shonan bikers to ride in Masaki's memory. |
